Our story
Founded to build, not to flip.
Cool Smarts Ltd was incorporated at Companies House, Cardiff on 9 January 2026 as a private company limited by shares. The company was established to be the long-term home for the ventures of its founder and managing director, Desmond Mahachi — beginning with the premium headwear label Earlybird Style.
Our model is deliberately small: own a focused portfolio, support its operators, hold ourselves to grown-up standards of governance, and reinvest patiently. We don't chase trends. We pick businesses we believe in and we stay.
