Initial governance framework adopted

The Board has adopted an initial suite of governance policies appropriate to the company's scale and activities.

The Board of Cool Smarts Ltd has formally adopted its initial suite of governance policies. These include a Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Data Protection (UK GDPR), Modern Slavery and Whistleblowing policies.

The framework reflects the company's commitment to operating to standards that exceed the minimum required of a private company of its size, and will be reviewed annually by the Board.
